Yellow Sun Polyps(Tubastrea faulkneri)

Minimum Tank Size: 10 gallons
Care Level: Moderate
Light: Moderate-High
Water Flow: Moderate-High
Water Conditions: 72-78°F; sg 1.023-1.025; pH 8.1-8.4; dKH 8-12
Aggressiveness: Semi-Aggressive
Calcium levels must be kept up at proper levels for good health. Be sure to also feed with filter feeder foods such as rotifers, baby brine, cyclops, and marine plankton. Be sure to place it far enough away from other specimens so it will not physically touch them, as they can and will sting other corals if they are allowed to. Additions of mysis shrimp, plankton, and brine shrimp. Sun Polyps require daily feedings and in addition, due to its level of difficulty, sun polyps are excluded from ReefPlayground's live stock guarantee.
