Bicolor Parrotfish(Cetoscarus bicolor)

Minimum Tank Size: 60 gallons

Water Conditions: 72-80°F; sg 1.021-1.025; pH 8.1-8.4; dKH 8-12
Aggressiveness: Semi-aggressive
Reef Compatible: Not Recommended
This parrotfish can be kept with peaceful and semi-agressive tank mates. Parrotfish bite off pieces of live rock while hunting for food and to keep their beak length in check. For this reason, avoid adding this parrotfish into reef aquariums as it can knock over corals and thus do serious damage. Inverts like shrimps and crabs are also at risk if kept in the same aquarium as this parrotfish. Feed a mixture of krill, clams, mussel's, silversides, and squid.
