- Livestock orders are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight for a flat $46.00 rate for the 1st box,
with an additional $20.00 charge for each additional box. There is no charge for heat or cool packs.
- All orders are carefully triple or quadruple bagged with plenty of oxygen to prevent any
popping or leaks. The order is then packaged in bubble wrap and biodegradable shipping
peanuts in a thick walled styrofoam box inside a secure cardboard box.
- Livestock orders are shipped on Tuesdays or Thursdays for next day delivery. Please specify during the checkout process.
- Please allow 3-4 days processing on all livestock orders. This is to make sure your
selected specimens are properly prepped for shipping.
- Any special order livestock will ship within 14 days of order to give enough time for acclimation at our facility.
- We currently do not ship for Saturday delivery.
- Livestock orders are currently only shipped to the 48 continental United States.
Reef Playground Drygoods Shipping Policy
- We ship drygood orders via USPS or FedEx Ground (1-7 business days).
- All none heavy drygood orders are calculated based on the orders total amount.
- Drygood orders usually ship within 2-3 business days.
- Larger and heavier orders, such as salt,protein skimmer, chillers, light fixtures, and/or extremely large and
heavy orders, carry an additional bulk shipping cost. Please contact us for an exact quote
before completing your order.
- Drygood orders are currently only shipped to the 48 continental United States.
Reef Playground Live Rock Shipping Policy - Live Rock usually ships within 2-3 business days. - Live Rock orders are shipped for 2nd day delivery via FedEx. As prices differ for different states, please contact us for a quote. - Live Rock orders are currently only shipped to the 48 continental United States. Reef Playground Frozen and Cold Items Shipping Policy - Frozen items are packaged in styrofoam boxes with icepacks to keep cool during shipping. - Frozen items are shipped for next day delivery. - Frozen Items are shipped for a base price of $24.99. |
